Experienced Consultant

You may already have goals in mind, and as a person­able, great commu­nic­ator you will retain your ambition and tenacity to achieve these. We will discuss your goals during the inter­view process and agree your desired progres­sion path and how we can help you. Whether it’s increasing your existing portfolio, expanding your desk to manage your own team, or simply being the best you can be, we will provide you with the compli­ance know-how, back-office and team support, and the security of employ­ment you need.

Ongoing training and devel­op­ment will be aligned with your own needs within your chosen market and skill set, rather than revis­iting what you already know well through our Induc­tion Programme. If you are inter­ested in a specific coaching or training course, we will aim to provide it through our generous Personal Devel­op­ment budget.

You can meet your goals and run your “business” without the worry of cashflow, legal, admin and all the peripherals which can slow you down and distract you.

Junior Recruiter

If you are new to the industry and are a person­able, great commu­nic­ator with the ambition and tenacity to succeed, we will take you through our extensive Induc­tion and Training Programme, covering everything you need to know to build a successful career in recruitment.

It doesn’t stop there, though, as we provide ongoing coaching and support to you throughout your time with us, enabling you to build and maintain your client and candidate relation­ships, develop your own portfolio, and become a recog­nised name in your specialist sector.

From your first day, you will be working closely with some of the most exper­i­enced and successful recruiters in the industry. You will have the oppor­tunity to pick up the subtle, nuanced skills needed to succeed to the highest level and totally trans­form your ability to maximise your poten­tial – and your earnings!

Flexible working

We under­stand that balan­cing work and home commit­ments can be diffi­cult, which is why we give you the freedom and autonomy to plan your working day to suit you.

Whether you want to fit your hours around the school run, work a shorter week, or work either partially or fully from home, we will ensure you have the tools you need.

We were exper­i­menting with remote working prior to the pandemic and have remained work from home for those who want it. Our exper­i­ences have helped us to develop an effective remote working policy with a focus on mental health and productivity, and have brought the team closer together than your typical office-based, sales-focused environment.

Our office will always be avail­able to use, but regard­less of where you choose to work, we will provide you with the neces­sary equip­ment and support you need to work comfort­ably, safely and effect­ively, to be your best wherever you are.

Osirian is a small, growing team of expert recruiters who truly specialise in their specific markets.

Our growth plans are focussed on encour­aging and fully supporting exper­i­enced recruiters to develop their markets, either to maximise their own personal billing or to build their brand and teams, providing guidance and rewarding their efforts.

Markets currently covered are Programme, Project and Change Manage­ment, IT Channel Sales, Cyber Security, and SME IT Profes­sionals, and cover both contract and permanent roles with a consultancy offering through our partners at Anubian Consulting.
