Experienced Consultant
You may already have goals in mind, and as a personable, great communicator you will retain your ambition and tenacity to achieve these. We will discuss your goals during the interview process and agree your desired progression path and how we can help you. Whether it’s increasing your existing portfolio, expanding your desk to manage your own team, or simply being the best you can be, we will provide you with the compliance know-how, back-office and team support, and the security of employment you need.
Ongoing training and development will be aligned with your own needs within your chosen market and skill set, rather than revisiting what you already know well through our Induction Programme. If you are interested in a specific coaching or training course, we will aim to provide it through our generous Personal Development budget.

Junior Recruiter
If you are new to the industry and are a personable, great communicator with the ambition and tenacity to succeed, we will take you through our extensive Induction and Training Programme, covering everything you need to know to build a successful career in recruitment.
It doesn’t stop there, though, as we provide ongoing coaching and support to you throughout your time with us, enabling you to build and maintain your client and candidate relationships, develop your own portfolio, and become a recognised name in your specialist sector.
From your first day, you will be working closely with some of the most experienced and successful recruiters in the industry. You will have the opportunity to pick up the subtle, nuanced skills needed to succeed to the highest level and totally transform your ability to maximise your potential – and your earnings!

We were experimenting with remote working prior to the pandemic and have remained work from home for those who want it. Markets currently covered are Programme, Project and Change Management, IT Channel Sales, Cyber Security, and SMEIT Professionals, and cover both contract and permanent roles with a consultancy offering through our partners at Anubian Consulting.
