Cultur­ally, the organ­isa­tion values change and its benefits, and you can work in an envir­on­ment where measur­able results can be achieved, and you can focus on change rather than just selling the benefits of working with a change manager.

The programmes are varied, often leading edge in tech, robotics, analytics and data and whilst joining to carry out the change and possibly commu­nic­a­tions element on a partic­ular piece of work, it is extremely likely that you would be retained to move on to the next avail­able programme of which there are many as the business is progressing through multiple trans­form­a­tion programmes.

To be considered you should be and have the following:

  • An exper­i­enced change manager with a  broad toolkit with your career in recent years focusing on change roles (not programme or project manage­ment with elements of change)
  • Strong written and verbal commu­nic­a­tion skills
  • Exper­i­ence in large inter­na­tional matrix programmes
  • Exper­i­ence of complexity and ability to under­stand and ensure all elements affected by changes are covered and aligned
  • A demon­strable do what it takes attitude whilst being prepared to fail quickly and try an alternate approach with a focus on continuous improvement

Nice to haves:

  • Previous coverage of commu­nic­a­tions in previous roles
  • Previous exper­i­ence of working on agile programmes as more of the programmes are moving this way
